Dalton was friendly and kind even after my kids and dogs invaded his personal bubble! He knew his information and was efficient!

Drew and Dalton came to put in all new sewer line and were able to get done in a day and finished with very good cleanup! Even replaced some trim and stepping stones in the garden they had to tear up. I’m very impressed and grateful to have everything back working!

What a great time at your Customer Appreciation Day event. The food was great, seeing the technicians that have taken care of us for years and meeting their families was great. From Sissy to Ginny all phone conversations and arrangements for appointments was excellent. Great communication and easy to work with. When Drew Scheer and Dalton Fowble came out to do the work they worked well with me to layout the drains in prep for the concrete and then tied the drains to the septic. They were pleasant and helpful with suggestions. I enjoyed working with them very much and they did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and left the yard as smooth as possible for having heavy equipment in it. I would recommend Linn’s and especially the young men who worked on my job to anyone. Linn’s plumbing did extensive work on my plumbing including, re-routing pipes, installing a tankless water tank, a water softener system, a Reverse osmosis system for pure drinking water, installed fixtures in 2 and 1/2 baths. The most impressive work was having to jackhammer and dig through the floor and outside to put drain pipes to the septic tank to allow for the new equipment listed above. My water is extremely hard and now I will have soft water to save all my appliances and pipes. Special thanks to all for working long hours to solve my difficult issues. We were very satisfied with the work done in Prague. Robert and Dalton were very thorough and spent time explaining the jobs they were doing in our home. We will be calling this company again for any plumbing needs.

We had a visit from guys from Linns Plumbing this week. We had never used Linn’s before because we were happy with some other local plumbers we have used for years. Our problem required some special equipment and both of the other locals we’ve used recommended we call Linn’s so we did so. We called on a Monday morning and the best they could do was to get someone here the following Thursday. Anyway on Thursday Robert the lead technician and Dalton his apprentice arrived. To make a long story short, Robert and Dalton were outstanding and spent all the time needed to address our problem and get it corrected. They also explained what will need to be done in the future to permanently solve the issue. I am recently retired from managing a very very large restaurant equipment service company. Robert and Dalton both displayed all the qualities we looked for in our technicians. In truth i would have liked to pay a little less but in these type issues you hope to get what you pay for and I believe these two representatives fully delivered a high quality experience. In my previous career I always felt that if the only thing I had to defend was our pricing and not the quality of the delivered materials or services then we were doing a good job. My thanks to Linn’s for being the company that upholds the same high standards I tried to instill in 180 employees for over 20 years.
