Robert of Linn’s plumbing came out to our cabin to cut off and seal some gas lines. He was personable, quick, and efficient. He explained things very well and offered good advice for the future. Will always call Linn’s Plumbing first.

Called on Friday to have repairs done to our broken shower. Rob Wheatley was available Saturday at NO extra cost. He ended up doing a repair that took several hours and the price was VERY reasonable. He went above and beyond assessing the repair and explained everything as he went. He even showed me what he was doing every step of the way on the repair and taught me how to troubleshoot future problems if they arise. While he was at my house he looked at a broken dishwasher free of charge and helped troubleshoot it to figure out what was wrong - and stayed late despite it being Saturday - to help hook up a new refrigerator to a water line (which was not on the original quote). I will definitely be a repeat customer. Impressed me enough that I joined their “diamond” member program for future service. I am new to Oklahoma and this house is a renovation. I called a few other places only to find they “were busy”. Lucky for me, because I feel like I won on this fix. I recommend without reservation.

Comment: Very impressed by the service provided by David and Konnor. They provided several pricing options for the job prior to starting and gave a comprehensive run-down of other services I asked about. No problem with the initial phone call; it lasted less than two minutes, Sissy provided available dates and times in the near future and they arrived when she said they would. They made sure the job was done right, cleaned up afterward and made sure my house was in the same condition in which it was found. Thanks again.

My main sewer line stopped draining so I called them up and they had a plumber out that afternoon. Daivd was my technician and we was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to discover that I had an issue with the main line being clogged with dirt. He was unable to fix it due to the dirt in the line, but it wasn't from a lack of trying that is for sure. He came up with some quotes on what it would take to fix the problem and we went from there. If you have a plumbing issue call Linn's and ask for David. You won't be disappointed.
