Exceptional customer service and work!! Recently bought an old house that needed whole house replumbing. Robert came out and assessed the work needed. We ultimately decided to go with this company and were looking at a two day job. Robert and Mike came out and were wonderful - walked us through everything they were going to do each day and gave options on placement locations. Robert even called me to give updates. Linn’s plumbing did extensive work on my plumbing including, re-routing pipes, installing a tankless water tank, a water softener system, a Reverse osmosis system for pure drinking water, installed fixtures in 2 and 1/2 baths. The most impressive work was having to jackhammer and dig through the floor and outside to put drain pipes to the septic tank to allow for the new equipment listed above. My water is extremely hard and now I will have soft water to save all my appliances and pipes. Special thanks to all for working long hours to solve my difficult issues. Linn's plumbing is the best and the only place we will use! David and Brock just left our house from fixing our water softener issue. They are both kind and pleasant to be around while they were working in our home. David has been coming to work on our plumbing since we moved here. He knows all our kids and calls them by name everytime he comes. Scheduling with the office is always great as well! They get us on the schedule quickly and are so kind everytime we call. Linn's plumbing is the best! We have used them for several now. David is who comes to see us. We absolutely love knowing it is going to be him everytime! He is amazing with our kids as well. They are always asking questions and wanting to learn about what he might be doing while here. He almost feels like another grandparent to our kids with the amount of patience and kindness he has with them. Not all people are so kind when kids "get in the way" of getting a job done so you can go to the next call. Very appreciative of the company quickly meeting my plumbing needs. Whereas a couple of other companies made no effort to do so, Linn's fit me into their schedule. I have recently been renovating my home. I investigated online plumbers and seen good reviews for Linn's Plumbing. David and Brock responded after I called. They installed my new vanity, washer dryer, fixed my clogged shower line. Super friendly employees. Never treated me rude. Very professionl and clean. I felt very safe. The hot water heater at my parents’ house started leaking mid afternoon, and they had no hot water. I called Linn’s Plumbing, and David was here in less than 15 minutes and identified the problem. Because he was already in the middle of another job, Robert came out with the new hot water heater. He installed it that afternoon, and my parents had their hot water restored by that evening. When I saw the reviews on Google I felt I needed to give them a call. I was glad I did, David F. showed and thought me a lot about my water heater issues. He went above and beyond in communication and when he said he would be here at a certain time he did. David fixed my water heater issue and installed the correct part for the unit. He also showed how to properly use my softner as well and got me setup with a good filter. Thank you for helping me out with my heater issues and saving us from having to get a new unit. My main sewer line stopped draining so I called them up and they had a plumber out that afternoon. Daivd was my technician and we was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to discover that I had an issue with the main line being clogged with dirt. He was unable to fix it due to the dirt in the line, but it wasn't from a lack of trying that is for sure. He came up with some quotes on what it would take to fix the problem and we went from there. If you have a plumbing issue call Linn's and ask for David. You won't be disappointed.

Linn's Plumbing send Danny and Dru to install a new gas line to my future museum building on Main Street in Stroud. Previously, David and one other person (sorry I forget his name) were sent to install new interior pluming and gas lines for the building's bathrooms and kitchen. I'm very impressed by all the work they've done! Getting that one gas line to feed the building, the Generac generator, and the roof top HVAC machine could not have been easy. And turning one bathroom into a combo bathroom / laundry room wasn't simple either. Also have to mention Ginny keeping track of all the work. Great communication all around! I highly recommend Linn's Plumbing.😃

Linn’s Plumbing is known for their great work. We remodeled an older house and used Linn’s for several projects. The cherry on top for me is the manners of the Technicians, wearing shoe protectors in my house as to not track mud, yes ma’am, no ma’am, of course we can ma’am. I feel comfortable with them in my home when I’m not there and so do my two big dogs, which says A LOT because they are typically not the most friendly lol. Great company, great people, great work. We had an unexpected sprinkler system leak on a sunday. I was able to reach someone, Ginny, and after some conversation it was decided it could wait until Monday. The technician, David Ford, called ahead and arrived on time. He assessed the leak and after discussion with my wife he left and after she found a new sprinkler head, he came back and installed it.
