Comment: Called on Friday to have repairs done to our broken shower. Rob Wheatley was available Saturday at NO extra cost. He ended up doing a repair that took several hours and the price was VERY reasonable. He went above and beyond assessing the repair and explained everything as he went. He even showed me what he was doing every step of the way on the repair and taught me how to troubleshoot future problems if they arise. While he was at my house he looked at a broken dishwasher free of charge and helped troubleshoot it to figure out what was wrong - and stayed late despite it being Saturday - to help hook up a new refrigerator to a water line (which was not on the original quote).

I will definitely be a repeat customer. Impressed me enough that I joined their “diamond” member program for future service.

I am new to Oklahoma and this house is a renovation. I called a few other places only to find they “were busy”. Lucky for me, because I feel like I won on this fix. I recommend without reservation.
